Executive Chef
Necati Yilmaz has been studying and collecting ancient palace recipes for more than 10 years.
Now you can find 425 culinary masterpieces in his piggy bank. All of them, over the centuries, pleased the Sultans and their retinue.

Coordinator Chef
I started my career in the Ottoman Palace Kitchen at a very young age,
I have been doing this profession for 11 years. I am currently continuing my career as a Coordinator Chef at Deraliye Restaurant and I am working with a young and dynamic staff. In my professional career, I strive to represent traditional cuisines in the best way. As a must-have for every cook, mine is to produce non-stop, research and discover new things every day. Because the kitchen tip is an invisible treasure.
Executive Chef
I started my culinary career dec 2005-2006. I have performed my profession professionally in the kitchen of many restaurants and hotels. Among my experiences, I have had experiences dec.
Finally, in March 2021, I joined the kitchen team at deraliye ottoman palace kitchen.
Currently, the person who has all the responsibility for the kitchen in the Ottoman palace kitchen is called the “Executive chef” (Restaurant or hotel) kitchen chef (Cook, Head Chef, Executive Chef.) I have the title.
Kitchen Consultant
I have gained experience and experience in my professional career of 12 years and have worked in various positions in restaurant and hotel kitchens.
I did my military service in my professional life in the vip kitchen of the Turkish armed forces and ı had 3rd place in the international palace cuisine competition degree.
I have been working as a consultant in the Ottoman palace kitchen for Deraliye for 6 months.
Kitchen Chef(Deraliye terrace)
After graduating from the department of tourism and hotel management in 2003, I started working in the sector professionally for 4 years and gained experience abroad
I have worked in various restaurants in Turkey Since the first months of 2019, I have been working in the Deraliye Ottoman palace cuisine family, and I am currently continuing my working life as the kitchen chef of the Deraliye terrace restaurant.
Sous Chef
Since November 2021, I have been continuing my professional cooking life as a sous chef in the kitchen department within the Deraliye Ottoman palace kitchen.
I have gained experience and experience in my professional career of 15 years and have worked in various positions in restaurant and hotel kitchens.
Sous chef: this is the professional title given to the person who is the assistant of the executive chef, who is known to be responsible for everything related to the kitchen. The executive chef is obliged to assist him in some of the tasks under his responsibility.
