Meticulously crafted by Executive Chef Necati Yılmaz, the Hittite Menu is inspired by cuneiform tablets and archaeological discoveries. It features dishes that have been slightly adapted to modern dietary preferences while preserving their historical essence.

This exclusive dining experience is available only on Thursdays and Fridays from 19:30 to 21:45 and requires limited reservations. Priced at 2,750 TL per person (VAT included), the Hittite Menu is served in specially designed clay tableware, reminiscent of artifacts from museums in Çorum, Boğazköy, and Alacahöyük.
